Production line

We have several wooden production lines to promise the products quality and lead time.

 

1. we purchase wooden material from the supplier who is also very professional to our warehouse;

2. we will cut the wooden board or engrave them according to your products;

3. The workers will assemble the wood pieces together by Japan 555 white glue and nails;

4. After the glue dry, the wooden parts will be sanded every sides on machine;

5. QC will check each products one by one, and then the products will be paint at least twice;

6. Your logo or brand will be put on the products by laser engrave or silk screen print etc. ;

7. QC will check the final products again, also one by one, so that the packing worker will start the package soon;

8. The packing workers will pack the perfect products according to your requirements;

9. The production will be shipped after the balance payment received.

Payment and delivery

Normally our payment is TT, 30% deposit should be paid before the mass production, 70% balance payment should be paid before the goods delivery, but it could be negotiated. Please let us know if you have any problems, we will try our best to support your business!
